Her heart beat like a drum of emotion, energy, and power. Warmth around her was exotic to her senses. Temptation broiled her soul and her hungered eyes scanned the thickly treed area. Passion so long left from her returned in what seemed like an eternal instant when he came into view.

This misty spirit rose from the fog covered ground and blinked at her with eyes of fire-red. The wolf shaped specter came ever closer and soon he stood before her. Some where between where he’d been and where he was now he took the shape of a man. Caramel flesh stretched over muscle and bone. His eyes were warm dark chocolate in almond shaped sockets.

His hand came to touch her cheek, setting her skin on fire when he did. He had carpenter’s hands, rough and strong. She leaned into his touch allowing him to keep her from the world, begging him to stay ever after and no matter what any one else wanted from them. It hurt, it broke her inside, this want, this addiction that faked love in her heart.

His hands trailed and her fingers raked his thick black hair back to look into his eyes. Sapphire met chocolate. Hunger feasted upon lust that could not sate it. A glint of silver caught her eyes and she lowered them to his neck. Broken hearted, she watched as the silver chained collar bit into his skin; his mistress called for him and he would answer. Disappearing as quickly as he’d come, leaving her alone.

Sagira fell to her knees when he was gone.
Let folks go honey. Some people come into your life for a lifetime, and some come for a season. You got to know which is which. And youre gonna always mess up when you mix them Seasonal People up with Lifetime expectations. There are people that went and got married to someone they were only supposed to be with for a season. And they wonder why they have so much hell in theyre life. That was a person who was supposed to come and teach them one thing, they didnt know so they fell in love and now they wonder why they have no peace nowhere they go.

Listen, I put everybody that comes into my life in the category of a tree. Some people, are like leaves on a tree: the wind blow, theyre over here. Theyre unstable. The wind blow, they over there. The weather changes, they wither up and die theyre gone. And thats alright. Thats some people; most people in the world are like that, theyre just there to take from the tree. Thats all they do, take from the tree and give shade now and again. Thats all they can do. But dont get mad at people like that, thats who they are, theyll never be anything but a leaf. Thats what they were put on this earth to be a leaf. Some people, are like a branch on that tree. You gotta be careful with them branches too, because theyll fool you. Theyll get there and make you think theyre a good friend and that theyre strong, but the minute you step out there on them? Theyll break and leave you high and dry. But if you find you two or three people in your life that are like the roots at the bottom of that tree? You are truly blessed cause them the kind of people that aint going NO WHERE. They aint worried about being seen, dont nobody have to know that they know you, they aint got to know what theyre doing for you, but if those roots werent there that tree couldnt live. You understand? A tree can have a hundred million branches, but only a few roots down at the bottom to make sure it gets everything it needs. Im telling you honey, when you get you some roots, hold on to them. The rest of em? Just let them go. Let folks go.
In ways I'm sure I can blame some one, some family member or overly greeny friend some where for this, but deep down its always been a dream of mine to less waist. Three years ago I had an apartment. It wasnt a bad place, a 1000 square feet or so, no mansion or upscale condo by any means of the word. Of that 1000 supposed footage, I only used three rooms, two if you consider that my bathroom was part of my bedroom. Then there was the kitchen, whih if two people stood side by side, you blocked most of the kitchen from any sort of use any way.

No, ever sense I turned 18, and even in some ways before then, I knew, with great clarity that I didnt need a large space. Then I found them. Beautiful homes of 800 square or less, and of them, I found her. The Lusby. http://www.tumbleweedhouses.com/houses/lusby/ This house has haunted my wants for over three years. Its design is amazingly simple. I'd likely make it another 200 squarefeet larger, and make the less of a slope to give me more room up stairs but still, well under the 1000 square feet that I'd lived in in my apartment.

A woman named Dee Williams did something like this, her space is much smaller though, I can be small but I doubt I could go 87 square feet. yikes. Plus her desighn lacks a shower.

I could get some land, get this house, and live with little pestering from people unless I wanted to be. This sounds like a dream. I do plan to have my little house.. one day..

Mai is the daughter of a city king named Vaughn. Here she faces off with him.

The city of her birth in ruins. Her piraes ransacked the world once her's. She, and the elder kitsune, the father she loathed stood facing each other. The fox fire swirled his tails. "Is this what you wanted your freedom for, Mai?" She heard something in her father's voice that she'd never yet heard. Her lone tail twitched with agitation and a growl went across her face. "You've stolen from our allies, and our enemies alike. You betray me, you break your mother's heart... for what? Your pride?"

Mai knew her father, he was older but no less strong. He wouldnt attack her unless she tried to attack him first. He was just that way, old age made him more calculated than openly aggresive. "No, not pride..." Her voice was as strong as a girl facing the first man she'd ever known or loved in a fight could be. "You... Your pride. Thats why I am doing this." They gave each other the same look. "My pride." Her father said in disbelief. "You care more for this stupid city... Your Bazaar and your Harem than you ever did about my mother, my sisters, and thats not even beginning to explain the many times I've seen you look at my brother as though you could have killed him in his sleep!"

Vaughn's face turned to shock. For the first time in many years his whole body seemed to resinate disbelief. "That is what this is about?! Your god damned daddy issues?!" He screamed and the fire around his tails flared. "You dont think I loved you?! You rediculous girl! Your mother is a slave." A step forward with each word. "You are a slave. You and your sister were born in the collar and yet, you were given the best! I could have sold you away at birth, I didnt. You could have been some man's whore, but I knew how much it would rip your mother's heart out." The suddle twitch when he said mother, she saw something there, a lingering thought, had he meant to say Our hearts? His and her mothers? Mai refused to hope for such things.

"I made sure that you and I had time together, and I made sure you had the best of everything from a young age. You showed that you wanted to learn the fighting styles, I understood, though I did not like the choice there was nothing I could do to stop Master Landis from taking you away from me." Mai listened with disbelief. Her father was in arms reach now, and she didnt back away. His eyes held something, the fox fire was gone. "It was only to keep this..." He motioned to the burning buildings around them. "From happening. It was only my position that kept me firm. I couldnt show weakness to you, or to your sister. I couldnt allow the other slaves to begin an uprising. If I am good to one, I have to be good to all." He was as close as they could get now. Her short, thin frame cenimeters from him. He's lean down, and whisper in to her ear. "I love you, your sister, and your mother more than I will ever be allowed to say." Her heart shuddered, she'd never heard him say love to any one before. "But I must stay firm." She didnt have enough time to counter the punch that took the wind out of her.

She collapsed to the ground, her father's figure above her, the city of her birth on fire. How did she get here? How did things go so poorly. The first desert scurge stood above the second. Watching her eyes as she tried to find breath. When her eyes closed. She would be lifted and taken to the jail. She'd be put on trial for treason. Her father, would have to watch his baby girl hang for her misjudgements.

Comic Ideas.

Lately I have had a few comic ideas I've been working on. I cant pinpoint which one I really like enough to stay with. Here are the ideas. Give me some input guys.

Witch Girl MagiMagi:
Every one has heard of a magical girl series at one time or another. This is mine.
The story starts out with Farron, the main Character and our heroin doing a special spell to bring to her, the familure to help her on her many adventures in witchcraft. When the magical herb smoke makes her sneeze, the spell ges array and her laptop is hit with the magic. The computer morphs into an android bunny girl. Farron tells her to turn back but the little pink haired red eyed rabbit girl refuses. She begs to stay Farrons familure and Farron agrees because she feels bad for the laptop. (still trying to figure out a name for the android)

Farron uses her junior spells to help her prehighschool friends in any way she can. She has a secret crush on a highschooler named Sephen, who is actually the god of Chaos 'Set' in human form.

Farron has many western style witch powers. She rides a broom and can cast charms and small spells. She uses Neith's Crystal star to activate her true powers though and fight off the evil beings from the underground.

(This was meant to be a joke, but the more I developed the charas, the more I found I liked the idea. Farron also comes in contact with a Eastern Kitsune who is trapped in the human body of a girl names Ummi. Farron is jealous of Ummi's seemingly unlimited power, and Ummi is jealous of Farron's freedom. )

Northwind:

This follows a slightly gorean or fencer of minerva story line. Edward a retired captian and lord of manner northwind picks up an abused slave in a slave market. This follows the retraining of Chloe (his new slave) and the jealousy of one of his other girls. This story is very sexually oriented and deals with a great deal more adult issues than the others. Its set in a past setting. A mix of greek/roman and norse history would give you an idea for characters.

Chloe gets into trouble quite often because of Lilly ( A slave Edward took in before joining the royal military.) Lilly wants Edward all for her self and is dangeriously jealous of the other girls. Daisy is the youngest of his slaves and I wanted her to show that though he is a master he still has a heart. A younger girl, Chloe assumes that he beds the child and in a ft of rage tries to attack him when she sees them playing in a hot spring.

This comic is more of a 'dont judge by first sights' Nothing in it is what it seems at first glance. Alot of life lessons to be learned by Chloe and other characters alike in this one.

Tarpon Springs Life:

A modern, furry slice of life. Set in Tarpon Springs Florida. "Its sort of like Key West, Only not really" As Coyote calls it. This one brings back old friends, including some of you guys here, and some new friends. Follow Sagira who, after leaving her mob family's line of work, goes to tarpon springs to get away from it all. Aspiring to be an artist she works as a waitress at Miss Vickie's a ocean side bar and grill where she meets the mysteriously unmysterious Coyote. A heavy drinking, womanizing, absolutely annoying male whom she just cant help but fall for.

Vicki:Tarpon springs, the only place you'll see a SUI.
Sagira: Whats an SUI?
Vicki points out at Coyote on a pair of roller blades being pushed into a cop car.: Skating under the influence.

With a Jimmy Buffet/Toby Keith/Kenny Chesney sort of feel, TSL is meant to be the redneck beach bum straw cowboy hat and a rum and coke sort of vibe. The characters are all friendly and jovial with their own dark pasts that they've come to Tarpon Springs to leave behind. Some darker story lines but for the most part very light and airy.

DaddyRabbit: Eh Ya mooch you don no nottin bout nottin.
1 eyed John: Says who?! Least I dun get my ear shot off.
TyeDye Jack: Shut up da bof o' yous and deal da cards!
Sagira: Can I get you gentlemen another helping of tapiyoka pudding?
All Three: Tanks Dame. Your da bes.
(A last word from the resident elderly good fellas.)

Tarpon Springs: Key West with a funeral home.

Watch out for MerVixens!

So what do you think? Questions, Comments? How about from our Own manga buff Miss Aloe?

When I woke up this morning I did not want to be sick, but I was.

I have a killer head cold, the likes of which I have never known. Words can not do justice to this, horrible pain.
My nose is running, my throat itches.. my head is compressing against my skull and whats worse?

My reeses pieces have gone bad. I didnt know they could, but apperently they do. How do I know? Found a bug in one. Damn.

I did a grand total of like five something I think at the fleamarket this week. Not bad considering I wasnt expecting it at all. I cant wait until I can give up the fleamarkets and be on a ship three months at a time. Completely away from my family for three months... what a joy, even if I am on a ship with a bunch of other people.

I'd miss Branan more than I can say, and that would suck. Other wise, it would be awesome.

I've found I have a rather dominant streak lately. I can be rather vicious. I'm amazed.
